My Approach

My Approach

Every person is unique, and I tailor therapy to meet your individual needs. My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and collaborative, ensuring that you feel heard and understood throughout our time together. Psychodynamic therapy is about creating a deeper connection with yourself, helping you understand the 'why' behind your struggles, and discovering new possibilities for growth and healing.

Why Choose Psychodynamic Therapy?
  • Long-Lasting Change: By focusing on the underlying causes of issues, psychodynamic therapy aims to create enduring change, rather than just symptom relief.
  • Self-Awareness: Therapy helps you gain insight into unconscious patterns and how they influence your life, empowering you to make more conscious choices.
  • Relational Understanding: You will explore how past relationships shape your current connections, improving your ability to relate to others in healthier ways.
