What is Psychodynamic Psychotherapy

Psychodynamic therapy delves beneath the surface of present-day issues, helping you gain insight into how your past experiences and unconscious thoughts may be affecting your current life. By exploring these patterns, we can better understand and address emotional conflicts, ultimately leading to personal growth and transformation.

Psychodynamic psychotherapy focuses on exploring unconscious patterns, emotions, and relationships that influence your current behavior and feelings. Through talking, we work together to uncover these deeper layers, helping you gain insight and resolve inner conflicts.

Sessions are 50 minutes long and take place at the same day and time each week. This consistent structure is an important part of the therapeutic process, providing a stable, reflective space for your personal exploration.

"Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom."
